How customer account system works? – You ask a merchant account from us, we create an account that has a wholesaler discount on it. After you login with the username and password that we send you, you will see your discounted prices. Then, you create your shopping cart and checkout to complete your order.
How long is the estimated delivery time? – Depending on volume of orders, it takes approximately 4-8 days to deliver a package worldwide.
Do your products got washed before shipping? – Yes, when we receive an order, we always send the ordered kilim rug or pillow cover to our partner professional rug washing center before shipping.
Are all of the products on this website only available stock of our company? – No, we have more than 3000 products of stock that are waiting for photographing and listing. Therefore, if you have a specific size and color request, you can reach us via email or what’s app and we can return you with photos of your requested kilim rugs or pillows in a few hours.
How does custom order process work? – For pillow covers, if you want to order a specific size of pillow covers; you should send us the sizes and (or) colors and we will send you a few kilim rug photos. Then, you select your favorite designed kilim rugs that will be sent to our workshop to produce your custom sized pillow covers.
Are you open to new business offers? – Yes, please do not hesitate to contact us for any partnership or product requests about home decoration.
What about returns? – Yes, we accept returns if you contact us in 7 days after you receive your order. (Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost)
